Binsu J. Kailath (Member, IEEE) received her B. Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Calicut, Kerala, India, in 1992. She obtained her M. Tech. degree in Microelectronics and VLSI Design in 2001 and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2008, both from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. She served at the College of Engineering, Chengannur, Kerala, from 1993 to 1999 and from 2001 to 2003. Since 2008, she has been with the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram, where she is currently a Professor. Her research interests include the design of arithmetic modules based on Vedic sutras, neuromorphic circuits and systems for anomaly detection in biomedical signals, and RRAM-based in-memory computing.
