Takuya Wadatsumi received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from Kobe University, Kobe, Japan, in 2019 and 2021, respectively. He is currently a doctoral student at the graduate school of science, technology and innovation, Kobe University, Kobe, Japan. His research mainly focused on the area of semiconductor reliability, especially against electromagnetic compatibility and electrostatic discharge. His work contributes to the hardening of design techniques against these disturbances by developing advanced simulation techniques and countermeasures.
